Sherlock Holmes
Katy and I saw a fun movie tonight, and I was going to write my own review, but came across a better one on Christianity Today.
The movie is smart, funny, and well worth watching. I loved the scenes of 19th century Victorian London. Looking forward to the sequel!

I'm looking forward to seeing this one too Jon (hasn't come out here yet), not only because I'm a Sherlock Holmes fan, but also because I consider Robert Downey Jnr the best American actor of his generation - streets ahead of Sean Penn, imo. A troubled soul, obviously, but he seems to have worked some of his demons out in recent years. A safe, pious and prosperous New Year to the Christenson family!
Downey definitely steals the show. I'm glad he was able to overcome his demons as well. I really thought (a few years back) he was going to go the way of so many actors and disappear from the scene.
